At Wellnessbriefs.com, the Return Policy is as follows: Due to health and safety concerns, returns on any open packages are not accepted. If an error has been made on an order, it should be reported within 2 days of receiving the order. The correct item will be shipped immediately and the incorrect item will be picked up at no additional cost. For any disposable product returns, only UNOPENED PACKS in the original packaging can be accepted and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Any cases returned that are opened will be disposed of and no credit will be issued. On items priced with free shipping included, there will be a charge of $20.00 per case or $7 per pack to cover what was paid to ship it originally. Return Shipping costs (of sending the item back) are also the responsibility of the customer. A note should be included with the return, it should have the name, order # and reason for the return.
